1. General Refund Policy
We allocate resources, team time, technical setup, planning, development effort, and support immediately after project confirmation or enrollment.
Because of this, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.
2. Advance Payment Policy
For projects and services:
- Clients may be required to pay:
- 50% advance payment, or
- 100% upfront payment
- Advance payments confirm:
- Project booking
- Resource allocation
- Team scheduling
- Development/training initiation
Once work starts, advance payments become partially or fully non-refundable depending on work completed.
3. Refund Deduction Rules
If a refund request is made after work has started, deductions will apply based on:
- Time spent on project
- Team working hours
- Design/development completed
- Meetings and consultations
- AI/automation setup work
- Software/tool costs
- Server or hosting setup
- Training/mentorship sessions completed
- Digital resources shared
The remaining eligible amount, if any, may be refunded after deductions.
4. Internship / Training / Mentorship Refunds
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Failure to provide promised access
- Technical issue not resolved by our team
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Lack of participation
- Change of mind
- Failure to complete tasks
- Dissatisfaction without valid reason
- Expected guaranteed earnings/profits
- Violation of rules/policies
If sessions/support have already been provided, deductions will apply accordingly.
5. Website & Automation Projects
For website development, automation, AI systems, SEO, or software projects:
- Research and planning charges are non-refundable.
- Approved designs/milestones cannot be refunded.
- If project cancellation occurs midway:
- Completed work charges will be deducted.
- Remaining eligible balance may be refunded.
If the majority of work is completed, refunds may not be applicable.
6. Digital Products
Digital items including:
- E-books
- Templates
- Source code
- Recorded sessions
- Premium downloads
- Scripts
- AI tools
- Automation workflows
are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
- 7–14 business days
depending on banking/payment gateway processing timelines.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Users must contact us before initiating chargebacks or disputes.
Fraudulent chargebacks after successful delivery may result in:
- Service suspension
- Legal recovery action
- Permanent restriction from future services
9. Right to Refuse Refund
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if:
- Services were already delivered substantially
- Work/resources/time were consumed
- Policies were violated
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
